NEWS: Bassist Max Green leaves Falling In Reverse

FallingInReverse-2013Falling In Reverse‘s bassist, Max Green, has been reported to have left the band after only six months.

According to a statement from the band’s label, Epitaph Records, Green left the band due to matters that were “unrelated to the band”.

Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke had originally co-founded the band Escape The Fate alongside Green. In 2008, Craig Mabbitt (formerly of Blessthefall) replaced Radke in Escape The Fate; this led to a lengthy falling out between the two bands.

Green would eventually also be kicked out of Escape The Fate, rejoining the band in 2013 and leaving again in 2014.

After leaving Escape The Fate, he went on to join Falling In Reverse, replacing then-bassist Ron Ficarro.

A statement from Epitaph Records, reads:

Max Greene has exited the Falling In Reverse lineup due to personal matters unrelated to the band.  The split is amicable according to Ronnie Radke and Falling In Reverse wishes Max nothing but the best in his future endeavors. Ronnie Radke has been working hard in the studio recording a new Falling In Reverse album due out early next year and is excited for fans to hear it. Further details are to be announced.

At present, it is not known who will take over for Green for the next Falling in Reverse album. The band currently consists of Radke, guitarists Jacky Vincent and Derek Jones and drummer Ryan Seaman.
